Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we can provide you or your hosting location certification of insurance coverage at contract closing if required.
Q. Can you live stream our event?
A. Yes. You'll need a sutable wired internet connection and content releases or streaming licences for music. We discuss full details during our initial meeting.
Q. Do you travel outside of the "Heartland" of Florida?
A. Yes. We are available for nationwide travel. Clients are responsible for lodging and travel expenses.
Q. Do you offer wedding packages?
Yes. Weddings start at $750. Please contact us for for detailed pricing based on your requirements.
Q. When will you arrive to begin work at our event?
A. We arrive one to two hours before the contracted shooting time.
Q. Who will capture our event?
A. Selvin is the primary videographer/photographer. Occasionally, he will bring an assistant with him to help capture sequences.
Q. What if our event runs later than we expected? Can you stay longer?
A. Yes, we can! We will bill you for overtime @ $150 per hour.
Q. We definitely want to book you! What's the next step?
A. Wonderful! We're excited you've chosen Junctions! To officially book us, you'll have to sign our contract and pay one-half of the contracted amout (retainer fee) during signing. Once completed, you're booked!
Q. Can you save our date with just the retainer fee?
A. Unfortunately, no, we can't. The only way to reserve your date with us is to sign a contract and pay the retainer fee.
Q. Can we make installed payments?
A. Definitely! Selvin will draft up an amicable payment schedule.
Q. When is our remaining balance due?
A. Your remaining balance is due two days before your date.
Q. Can I pay with a credit card?
A. Sure! We accept credit card payments via PayPal (no PayPal account is required) and email you an invoice for your records. Service charges apply. Client may be responsible for Florida Use Tax.
